The sizes shown on the site are Italian sizes, you can find a size chart table in the help section: guida alle taglie, or on the description page of each product. The fit of our sweaters is aligned with the most famous Italian knitwear brands, so we advise you to choose the pullover size you usually wear.
If the size you are interested in is not available, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the model and size you would like, we will make it especially for you, this is the advantage of being artisans. Delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks, more detailed times will be given in response to each individual request. For sizes 60 and 62 there is a surcharge of 20%.

The return is for any reason free in EU, Principality of Monaco, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtestein, US, Canada:
You have 15 days from the date of the delivery to inform us that you want to return or change the order.
For other countries worldwide unfortunately the return is not free, and customer is responsible for shipping, you can return the item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.

A specific reason is not required for the return or replacement, however it is always appreciated to know your reasons and understand the problem.
