Are you looking for a gift, but you don't know which one to choose? Surprise your beloved ones, give them the opportunity to choose their favorite garment with a Bottegiani Gift Card.

You will receive the Gift Card by e-mail, you can forward it to the recipient of your gift, or print and present in the packaging of your choice. To use it, simply copy the digital Gift Card code and paste it at checkout.

If you would like to add a personal note to your gift, we ask you to include it in the notes during the purchase. You will receive an email with a letter to be attached to the Gift Card.

The Gift Card does not expire and can be used for all items on our website.

Which size to choose?

All our sizes are expressed in Italian sizes, we advise you to choose the same size as the sweaters you usually wear.

If you have already purchased from us, we inform you that the fit is always the same for each model.

If you have some doubt, do not hesitate to contact us, indicating your height, weight and the size you usually wear, we will try to recommend you the most suitable size.

If the size you are interested in is not available, contact us, we will make it especially for you.

Delivery times vary depending on the model from about 2 to 4 weeks, more details will be given in response to each individual request.

All our orders are shipped from Italy if you are outside the European Union your order may be subject to customs duties and

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns from EU, CH, NO, UK, LI, USA CA, UAE are free within 15 from the delivery date. Returns from all other countries are not free, and the costs depending on your courier choice. You can return your items within 30 days from the delivery date. If you prefer we can organize the return for you, we will give you the quote for the shipping cost and if it will be accepted this amount will be deducted directly from the refund
