It is possible to purchase Bottegiani sweaters only through our online site or in the showroom in Milan. We sell directly, without intermediary steps, this way we can focus on the quality of raw materials, manufacturing, and offer you a high quality product at an affordable price.
To give you the opportunity to experience our quality firsthand, we try to make the purchasing experience with us as simple and problem-free as possible, always offering free returns or exchanges for any reason throughout Italy, the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Monaco, USA, Canada.
It is not necessary to register to make a purchase on our site, however we recommend that you register to access dedicated areas and services.
From PC at the top right of the site page click on the icon or on tablet and mobile in the menu click on "account" and enter the required data. By registering you will be able to see the status of orders and store delivery addresses.
The sizes shown on the site are Italian sizes, you can find a conversion table on the description page of each product. The fit of our sweaters is aligned with the most famous Italian knitwear brands, we therefore advise you to choose the size of sweater you usually wear.
We accept most of the payment methods available for online purchases: PayPal, credit or debit cards (Visa Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and only for orders with delivery in Italy. It is possible to pay cash on delivery.
Most of our products are continuous, we never have seasonal sales on current collections, however we have a section dedicated to sweaters from past seasons no longer in the collection, which our members can access all year round, while visitors cannot registered only during certain periods of the year.
Of course, requesting it is very simple, in the cart below, before proceeding to checkout you will find an icon of a gift package, by flagging it the gift package will automatically be added to the order. You can also add a personal message by writing it in the notes, which will be included in a greeting card.
Orders & Shipping
Check your spam folder, if you have not received the order confirmation email, it is possible that the order was not successful or that the email address used was wrong.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a link to track your order, you will also receive an email directly from the courier where it will be possible to track the package and change the shipping date. delivery.
Once the order has been shipped we cannot modify or cancel it directly. We therefore invite you to contact us as soon as possible and if it has already been shipped we will provide you with all the necessary information to proceed with the exchange or return based on the shipping status.
The times below are indicative, they may vary for some particular destinations.
- Italy: DHL or TNT courier 1-2 working days
- Europe, USA, Canada: DHL courier 2-3 working days
- Rest of the World: DHL courier 2-5 working days
You can always track the shipment by clicking on the link you find in the shipping confirmation email.
All orders are shipped from Italy so it is possible that for deliveries to countries outside the European Union the courier will charge customs duties and taxes directly to the recipient.
- European Union: There are no duties and VAT is included.
- United States: Orders up to a value of $800 will not be subject to any additional charges such as duties. For orders above $800, the courier may charge the recipient directly for customs duties and taxes.
- All other countries: You may be required to pay customs duties by local customs authorities.
Returns or Exchanges
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return:
Write us an email at info@bottegiani.com or contact us by phone or WhatsApp at: +390240700803 indicating the order number and informing us if you want to make an exchange or a return. You will receive a confirmation email from us with the instructions for proceeding with the return.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered: unused, still with the warranty tag, not damaged and therefore resalable.
We offer free returns services from the following countries: Italy, European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Liechtenstein, United States, Canada and United Arab Emirates.
In all other countries the return is not free and is the responsibility of the recipient. Upon request we can organize the collection and shipping, in this case you will first be given a quote and if accepted the amount will be deducted directly from the total already paid for the order.
You can request the exchange within 15 days from the delivery date, the exchange is free and will be shipped once we have received the return.
We can only accept the exchange if the returned product is still resalable and therefore must not have been used, is not damaged and the warranty tag is still attached.
If you need to request an extension of the return time for a particular need, we ask you to contact us before placing the order, and we will evaluate whether we can satisfy your request. We inform you that if this request arrives 15 days after the delivery date, it will not be accepted.
All our members have the right of return extended to 30 days.
In some particular periods of the year such as Christmas we already directly extend the right of return on all orders, in this case you will find the information reported in the top bar of the site.
