Avete 15 giorni di tempo dalla data di consegna per richiedere il cambio o il reso:
Scriveteci una email a info@bottegiani.com o contatteci telefonicamente o via WhatsApp al numero: +390240700803 indicando il numero di ordine e informandoci se volete effettuare un cambio o un reso. Riceverete una nostra email di conferma con le istruzioni per procedere al reso.
I prodotti vanno restituiti nelle stesse condizioni in cui sono stati consegnati: non utilizzati, con ancora il cartellino di garanzia, non rovinati e quindi rivendibili.
RIMBORSI:
I rimborsi o i cambi vengono effettuati entro i 2 giorni lavorativi successivi alla data in cui abbiamo ricevuto il reso.
