We ship worldwide from Italy.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30 (CET).

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or any other public holiday in Italy will be processed the following working day.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and can be calculated by choosing the country after a product has been added to the cart.

For Italy, we mainly ship via TNT/DHL and the estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days.

Our partner for international shipping is DHL and the times are as follows:

Europe: 1-4 Business Days

Worldwide: 2-6 Business days.

Additional duties and taxes are covered by Bottegiani for orders to Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Orders to the United States pay no taxes and duties on orders under $800

For all other shipments to countries outside the European Union, the customer may be subject to customs duties, sales taxes and other related costs, payable directly to DHL once the package reaches its destination. We cannot predict the amount of these costs as we have no control over them. For information on the customs policies of foreign countries, we encourage you to contact your local customs office. These additional costs remain the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. In the event that the customer refuses to pay them and sends the order back, any costs, duties and taxes incurred for customs clearance will be withheld from the refund.
