You will receive a confirmation email with the link to track the shipment as soon as the order has been shipped.
Delivery in 1-3 working days When the order is shipped you will receive an email with the track number to track the shipment.

€5.00 for orders under €100.00
RESI:
The return is free and at our expense throughout Italy.
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return:
Write us an email at info@bottegiani.com or contact us by phone or WhatsApp at: +390240700803 indicating the order number and informing us if you want to make an exchange or a return. You will receive a confirmation email from us with the instructions for proceeding with the return.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered: unused, still with the warranty tag, not damaged and therefore resalable.
REFUNDS:
Refunds or exchanges are made within 2 business days following the date we received the return.
