RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with one of our products or their size, you can return them to us and receive a refund or exchange based on stock availability, all within thirty (15) days of receipt of the product. The process is simple for all orders. In the event of an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs of the new item.

We will arrange the collection directly at the selected address.
3. Once we receive your returned item, we will credit your payment back using your original payment method or ship the new item you have chosen to you.
. Item condition
Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition and with all garment labels still attached. Returned or exchanged items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
. Receive a refund
1. In the case of returned items, the refund can only be credited through the original payment method. We will process the refund within 2 business days after the item is received by us.
2. If you are a resident outside the European Union, any customs duties, sales taxes and related costs will not be refunded by us.
. Defective goods
The products will be considered defective if they are received damaged by the customer. Any products that are damaged due to wear are not considered to be defective. If applicable, we will offer to repair any defective items. If we cannot fulfill this replacement, you will receive a refund for the item or a suitable replacement.
